5. Quotations, Engagement, and Payment
Prices, service packages, and processing times appearing on the website are provided for general information unless otherwise stated in a written quotation or agreement.
The scope of the service, price, payment schedule, and performance conditions shall be specified in the quotation or agreement provided to the customer.
In the event of a conflict between the website and a specific agreement signed with a customer, the specific agreement shall prevail.
Where payment is made through a third-party payment system or payment link, use of that system is also subject to the payment provider’s terms.
Customers may be required to pay governmental fees and payments to registrars, notaries, translators, couriers, and other providers in accordance with the selected service package and agreement.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, changes, and refunds shall be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the applicable agreement, and the cancellation policy provided to the customer.
Once performance of the service has begun, amounts relating to work already performed and expenses paid to third parties may be deducted from any refund.
Government fees and payments for translations, apostilles, notarial services, registration, delivery, or appointment reservations may be non-refundable after they have been ordered or paid.
The provisions of the specific customer agreement shall prevail, subject to mandatory law.
7. External Providers and Authorities
The services may depend on marriage registrars, governmental authorities, courts, embassies, consulates, notaries, translators, courier companies, and other service providers.
The Agency does not control their decisions, requirements, processing times, or policy changes.
Time frames appearing on the website or provided to a customer are estimates only unless a different commitment has been expressly included in an agreement.
The Agency shall not be responsible for delays or changes caused by an authority, force majeure, strikes, war, emergencies, technical failures, legislative changes, or another event outside its reasonable control.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Agency will make reasonable and professional efforts to provide the ordered service but cannot guarantee:
- Approval of an application by any authority.
- Issuance of a document by a particular date.
- Receipt of a visa, legal status, or citizenship.
- Registration of a marriage without requests for additional documents.
- The continued validity of any existing law, procedure, or policy.
Each case is assessed according to its individual circumstances, the customer’s documents, and the decisions of the competent authorities.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, articles, photographs, videos, logos, design, graphics, code, and website structure, is owned by the Agency or lawfully used by it.
Website content may not be copied, published, distributed, translated, modified, or used commercially without the Agency’s prior written consent.
